Welcome to the world, baby girl!

Charlotte Anne Burns arrived Thursday December 27th, 2007 weighing in at 7lbs, 8oz. After a frustrating 14 hours trying to move things along with pitocin, the doctors declared Emily's cervix to be "unfavorable" and recommended that we go with a c-section. The upside is no cone head on this baby! Karen, David, Amy, Shelly and Johnny were all there to meet her. We came home from the hospital on Saturday, foolishly thinking we'd sleep better at home....
